Yéelen Amrane

Yéelen holds a Master’s degree in Oceanography and Marine Environment from Sorbonne University in France. After three years in applied research across public and private sectors, she spent six years as a Senior Project Manager, leading large-scale international projects in fisheries, aquaculture, and the blue economy, mainly in Africa, Asia, and the EU. She has extensive experience working with public institutions and international donors, and combines strong project management skills with a solid scientific background. In 2025, she joined COFAD as a associate consultant, supporting project acquisition and studies implementation. She is based in Marseille, South of France.
