David Bargh

David is an experienced technical aquaculture development specialist, team leader and project manager. He holds an MSc Sustainable Aquaculture from the University of Stirling, Institute of Aquaculture in Scotland, UK, and offers over 10 years’ experience, mainly throughout Africa and southern Asia. He has managed commercial fish farm operations, implemented successful development cooperation projects, and led strategic technical advisory services and research for governments and policy makers, donors and development partners, financial and academic institutions, NGOs and private enterprises.
