Morocco, March 2025 - COFAD was awarded a contract for fisheries and mariculture value chain analysis COFAD has been contracted by the World Bank to conduct a fisheries and mariculture value chain analysis in Morocco as part of the North Africa Blue Economy and Coastal Management (MENA Blue) Maghreb - Phase II initiative. The project is meant to identify investment opportunities, necessary policy reforms and strategies to improve the sector's performance while promoting sustainability and climate resilience.
