Germany, September 2025: Preparation of the final implementation report and a citizen information document on the EMFF

COFAD is preparing the final implementation report for the German Operational Programme of the EMFF. The report is based on data from the federal and state governments and the 2023 report; COFAD is responsible for compiling, evaluating, and editing the text. The process began with an online kick-off meeting, followed by the collection of relevant documents, the review of quantitative and qualitative data, and the preparation of the chapters (Parts A–C), including an easy-to-understand 'citizen information' section with graphics.
This is followed by coordination and correction loops with the clients. Planned services include tables on results, financial data, assessments of target achievement, information on violations, and appendices. The result is a formally compliant, consistent, and graphically prepared final report that updates the program data and provides a basis for decision-making for management and communication.
